According to the report of Van Ha Ward People's Committee, due to the impact of storm No. 10, a number of houses and kitchens in the ward were damaged; Tien Son Secondary School's yard sank 15cm, with an area of about 25m2, and the wall was tilted, at risk of collapsing onto the road. 870m of road was eroded, 1,160m of household wall collapsed. 445.5 hectares of rice were flooded (of which 170 hectares of rice were completely lost, 22.65 hectares of crops were flooded and affected, 76 hectares of aquatic products were flooded and overflowed).
Currently, Tho Ha residential group, Yen Vien residential group (2,196 households, 8,273 people), 55 households with 195 people of Thuong Lat residential group are isolated by water. The entire rice, crop and aquatic area of Ha Lat and Thuong Lat residential groups has been flooded.
The Van Ha - Tien Son dike route, affected by storm No. 10, caused water to overflow the dike surface, causing the dike slope on the field side to collapse, creating a frog-shaped formation. The concrete road surface was cracked and broken in many sections, posing a potential risk to the safety of the construction as well as traffic safety.
In the coming time, the Ward Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command, residential groups, and shock forces will be on duty 24/7, deploying response plans when necessary. Continue to review and assess the safety of people's houses after floods, especially level 4 houses, old houses built a long time ago...; develop plans and measures to ensure safe housing for people according to regulations, absolutely not letting people stay in unsafe places.

Timely guide farmers to convert crops and livestock, reorganize production for areas that have been completely lost and implement support measures and policies according to regulations to ensure livelihoods for people after storms and floods. Continue to implement social security policies, mobilize the participation and support of the entire political system to overcome the consequences caused by floods. Implement environmental sanitation, disease prevention and control after floods; ensure health care and medical examination and treatment for people; urgently repair and overcome damage to transport, electricity, telecommunications, health and education infrastructure in the area.
