On the afternoon of July 9, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc and the working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee inspected the operation of the two-level local government apparatus in Phu An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City and worked with a number of communes and wards.

Also attending were Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh and leaders of departments and branches, Office of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc inspected the reception and settlement of administrative procedures - especially in the fields of land, construction and business registration, and administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the city's departments and branches; and the readiness to receive dossiers if the procedures are under the jurisdiction of higher levels.

According to the People's Committee of Phu An Ward, the ward was established from the merger of Tan An Ward, Phu An Commune and part of Hiep An Ward (old), with an area of ​​over 36.7 km² and a population of nearly 54,000 people. The ward Party Committee has 45 grassroots Party organizations, with more than 1,000 Party members. The Party Committee Standing Committee has proactively completed the organization, assigned tasks to cadres, built working regulations for the 2025-2030 term and is preparing documents for the Ward Party Congress.

Phu An Ward Public Administration Service Center is located at the headquarters of Phu An Ward Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee (former headquarters of Hiep An Ward). From July 1st to now, the Center has received 414 records and returned results for 378 records.
