Prepare the best conditions to participate in the Fall Fair in 2025

The 2025 Autumn Fair will be held from October 25 to November 4 at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ). Participating in the fair, Lao Cai province has 22 enterprises and business households with products in the fields of: minerals, industry, agriculture, forestry, fisheries and medicinal products.

Up to this point, Lao Cai province has established a Steering Committee, a working group, and deployed work to participate in the exhibition area of typical and unique products of the province in the "Autumn in Vietnam - Autumn colors and fragrances" sub-area and participate in the booth of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the "Cultural industry - The first golden season" sub-area.

Within the framework of the fair, Lao Cai province will organize exhibitions to promote investment, trade, and introduce products; support businesses in the province to connect with trade, seek markets, and sign cooperation agreements with domestic and foreign partners.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thanh Sinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assessed that at the National Achievement Exhibition "80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness", the display space of Lao Cai province made an impression and was highly appreciated.

Continuing that success, he suggested that the sectors: finance, agriculture and environment, culture - sports and tourism, industry and trade coordinate closely and connect regularly to prepare the best conditions to participate in this fair.

Because there is very little preparation time left, he asked the members of the Steering Committee to promote a proactive spirit.

The agricultural and environmental sectors and the industry and trade sector need to add more products such as: gold ore, iron ore, copper, plywood, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Sinh delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Members participating in the fair support and service team need to be clearly informed about the time, program, and uniform; and arranged convenient and safe accommodation.

Regarding the exhibition area for typical and distinctive products of the province, he requested the Provincial Center for Investment Promotion, Trade and Enterprise Support to make adjustments as required, both construct and design; no later than October 20, the construction units must hand over.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also agreed with the proposal to add a tea space to the exhibition area of typical and unique products of the province.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that members urgently complete the schedule so that the Fair Organizing Committee can hold a general rehearsal on October 23.
