Announcing the decision to establish the Binh Thuan College Council

BTO-On the afternoon of August 2, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Binh Thuan College Council. Attending were Mr. Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to establish the Binh Thuan College Council for the 2023-2028 term with 11 members, including 1 chairman, 9 members and 1 secretary. The Chairman of the College Council is Mr. Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The College Council performs its duties, powers and operates in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Vocational Education , Circular No. 15/2021 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs regulating the charter of colleges.

The decision to establish the Council of Binh Thuan College is the basis for the school to continue to build and develop. The members of the school council promote their understanding and experience in the process of operation, properly implement the provisions of the Law on Vocational Education and the charter of the college. At the same time, closely follow the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, strive to make Binh Thuan College a prestigious and quality school, contributing to the training of human resources, meeting the needs of high-quality technical labor, solving employment, reducing poverty and ensuring social security in the locality.

At the meeting, the council discussed and resolved the operating regulations of the school council; the organizational and operational regulations of the school replacing the temporary regulations; the school organizational structure regarding the establishment, merger, division, separation, and dissolution of school organizations.

At the end of the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh agreed on the proposals to arrange and restructure the functions and tasks of the affiliated units to ensure compliance with practical needs. At the same time, he requested the school board and Binh Thuan College to continue to research, adjust and supplement necessary regulations and rules to effectively implement the training and development of human resources for the locality. In addition, Binh Thuan College builds a long-term plan for comprehensive development, aiming to become one of the prestigious and high-quality colleges in the country.
