After two days of urgent work, with a high sense of responsibility, the 2025 Political Teaching Cadre Competition of the Department completed all content and program according to plan, achieving the set goals and requirements.

According to the evaluation of the Organizing Committee, the 37 comrades participating in the contest have promoted a sense of responsibility, researched and selected appropriate topics, painstakingly collected documents, and compiled lecture outlines; many lectures were carefully prepared in terms of content, good layout, beautiful presentation, and in accordance with regulations; electronic lesson plans combined text and images reasonably, with beautiful effects and high attraction; 100% of the contestants were proficient in using slideshows in their lectures. In particular, in the practical exam, many comrades broke away from the lesson plan, had good communication methods, and attracted the attention of learners.

In his closing speech at the contest, Major General Nguyen Hoang Nam, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport, praised the Organizing Committee, the Jury, the authorities and the contestants for completing the contest program. Through the contest, the strengths and weaknesses of the political teaching staff were assessed, especially in terms of theoretical knowledge, ability to prepare lesson plans; teaching skills, ability to apply theory to practice, pedagogical methods... Thereby helping the Party Committee of the Department, commanders at all levels to gain experience, continue to have solutions for leadership, direction, strengthen training, promote the role of the political teaching staff at the unit and improve the effectiveness of political education work in the coming time.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded first, second, and third prizes and certificates of excellent political teaching staff to individuals with high achievements in the competition.
