The training conference aims to unify forms, documents and guide the staff of logistics, technical and quartermaster officers to carry out work contents according to regulations, contributing to improving the efficiency of tasks at units under the General Department of Logistics and Technology. At the same time, training and granting Group 1 occupational safety and hygiene certificates to training officers who are commanders of logistics and technical departments of units.

For more than 2 days, 185 officers were trained in 8 topics, including: Logistics and technical staff work of units in the General Department; Content and methods of drafting regular and combat logistics and technical documents of units in the General Department; Logistics and technical staff work in transition to combat readiness; System of legal documents on labor safety and protection and identification of hazardous and toxic factors and ways to prevent them.

Major General Nguyen Trong Thien, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, delivered a speech directing the conference.

Instructions on recording the system of books, forms, documents of regular military supplies at tactical level and reporting regime; Contents and measures to improve the quality of troop feeding work; Instructions on implementing production increase targets in the annual logistics and technical work command and recording, statistics, and accounting for production increase in the unit; Instructions on implementing military uniform work regimes in the General Department.

In his speech, Major General Nguyen Trong Thien emphasized: The position and role of logistics and technical staff work are extremely important. Since the merger, the internal logistics and technical sector of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, including the logistics and technical staff and the military logistics sector, have thoroughly grasped and strictly followed the instructions, commands and guidance from above; closely followed the requirements of the task, advised, proposed and comprehensively implemented the contents of the work.

In order for the conference to achieve its objectives, Major General Nguyen Trong Thien requested the organizing committee to strictly manage the number of participants and time according to the program and plan; promptly resolve arising difficulties, ensuring the training course is of high quality, effective and absolutely safe. At the end of the training, it is necessary to organize a summary, evaluation, and draw lessons for effective implementation at agencies and units. The teaching force needs to be enthusiastic, serious, and highly responsible; focus on conveying practical content, linking it to the unit's reality; and apply scientific and easy-to-understand teaching methods.
