Provincial National Assembly delegates meet voters in Dien Bien district

Dien Bien TV - Continuing the program of meeting voters before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and surveying the implementation of 3 national target programs for the period 2021-2025, on the morning of April 21, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, including delegate Lo Thi Luyen, Deputy Head of the Specialized Delegation, in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; delegate Ta Thi Yen, Deputy Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee, met with voters of Dien Bien district. Attending the meeting with voters were comrade Giang Thi Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Lo Van Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Delegate Lo Thi Luyen discussed and clarified recommendations within her authority right at the voter meeting.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, delegate Ta Thi Yen informed voters of the expected program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Voters of Dien Bien district proposed that the Government and ministries consider and allocate funds to conduct land surveying for the remaining 18 communes of Dien Bien district, including 12 border communes; pay attention to the mechanism to support funding for surveying and granting land use right certificates for ethnic minorities in extremely difficult areas and border communes of the district. Request the Central Government to provide specific guidance on cases subject to the application of Decree 178 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the implementation of organizational restructuring; increase staffing for commune level after merger, especially for border communes...

Voters of Dien Bien district expressed their opinions at the voter meeting.

The total capital plan allocated to implement 3 national target programs in Dien Bien district is nearly 460 billion VND. Up to now, the capital plan allocated and assigned until March 31, 2025 is more than 454 billion VND, reaching 98.74% of the plan; investment capital and allocated career capital reached 100% of the plan. After 4 years of implementing medium-term public investment projects, the district's infrastructure has been invested synchronously, with the active participation of many people, especially in implementing 3 national target programs.

National Assembly Delegate Lo Thi Luyen acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of Dien Bien district voters; assessed that these were practical opinions, accurately reflecting the reality and aspirations of the people; and at the same time discussed and clarified the recommendations within her authority right at the meeting. The remaining recommendations will be compiled by the Delegation and forwarded to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution within their authority.

Delegate Ta Thi Yen and leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to union members in difficult circumstances in Dien Bien district.

On this occasion, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation to present 50 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to union members in difficult circumstances in the district./.
