Preliminary review of the Art Program for the Opening Ceremony of the Northwest

Attending the preliminary rehearsal were comrades: Vu A Bang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Minh Phu - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; members of the Provincial Arts Council, program director, and many artists and actors participating in the performance.

The art program with the theme "Connecting the clouds - Reaching the Northwest", the art program on live broadcast includes 4 chapters: Chapter I: "Touching Heritage - Sparkling Essence"; Chapter II "Painting the Clouds - Embroidering Mountain Love"; Chapter III "Weaving Sound - Weaving New Sunshine"; Chapter IV: "Connecting Fragrance and Color - Connecting Life", is elaborately staged, with rich content, expressing the quintessence, vivid beauty, rich in cultural identity of the ethnic groups of Dien Bien province and the Northwest region, combining tradition and modernity. The main stage is designed to stand out, as a multi-dimensional performance space, where art blends with the scenery - both vivid and rich in identity. The highlight is the semi-aquatic stage, in harmony between land and water, evoking the image of Northwest nature in harmony with heaven and earth, reflecting the unique cultural depth of Dien Bien. The program has the participation of singers: Thu Minh, Tang Duy Tan, Ha Le, Oplus, Da LAB, Bao Tram, Nguyen Thu Hang, Mai Quinn, Thanh Phong, Ha Quynh Ha Quynh Nhu, Rapper Rica & TRE Dance Group; Dien Bien Province Ethnic Arts Troupe; Dien Bien Province Cultural and Cinema Center; artisans of ethnic groups in the Northwestern provinces; actors, artisans of local cultural and artistic clubs; students in the province and military forces stationed in the province.

Speaking at the preliminary rehearsal, the representative of the Art Council highly appreciated the artistic quality and ideology of the program. The performances were vivid and emotional; the stage was reasonably arranged; the sound and lighting met the requirements. Some small details about the narration, costumes, content of the LED screen and the program structure were suggested for adjustment and completion before the official performance.

The program's dress rehearsal will be held on the evening of September 19; the official performance will be on the evening of September 19, promising to bring a unique and meaningful artistic space to the audience.
