Attending the rehearsal were comrades: Tran Quoc Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Vu A Bang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; members of the Provincial Arts Council, program director, and many artists and actors participating in the performance.
According to the script, the art program in the Opening Ceremony of the Northwest - Dien Bien Quintessence Festival 2025 has the theme "Connecting the clouds - Reaching the Northwest", the art program in the live broadcast includes 4 chapters: Chapter I: "Touching Heritage - Sparkling Essence"; Chapter II "Painting the Clouds - Embroidering Mountain Love"; Chapter III "Weaving Sound - Weaving New Sunshine"; Chapter IV: "Connecting Fragrance and Color - Connecting Life" with the participation of actors, artisans, cultural and art clubs of Hanoi and Dien Bien.
After the preliminary rehearsal on the evening of September 17, the program's crew and director adjusted and completed the program according to the comments of the provincial leaders and the Provincial Arts Council. The program met the requirements, with high artistic quality, magnificent and brilliant sound and lighting effects. All stages were completed, preparing for the opening night on the evening of September 19.
This is one of three unique and spectacular art programs of Dien Bien province in 2025, promising to bring a lively and emotional art space to viewers.
