The 5th Congress of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, term 2025

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee currently has 31 party members. In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee has coordinated with the agency's leadership to lead and direct cadres and party members to actively advise the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to lead the district, city party committees and affiliated party committees to organize and always complete assigned political tasks well.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Cell completed 8/8 set targets.

The professional targets and tasks of the affiliated agencies and units, and the Party and mass organization building work all met the plan, contributing significantly to political stability and promoting socio-economic development in the province.

Comrade Tran Van Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell affirmed that the Party Cell's Party Committee has coordinated to lead and direct cadres and party members to effectively implement the assigned tasks, especially in the new period of reorganizing and streamlining the organization.

Party committees, agency leaders and executive boards of mass organizations gradually innovate the content of activities, methods of leadership, direction, management, operation and organization of task implementation; at the same time, focus on training and fostering to gradually improve the quality of cadres and party members; build and consolidate the organizational apparatus, material facilities... to meet the requirements of political tasks in the new period.

Party members contribute ideas to the draft congress documents.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Cell set out 8 targets and 100% of them were completed. Of which, 100% of Party members were classified as having completed their tasks well or better, 20% of Party members completed their tasks excellently. Every year, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is classified as having completed its tasks excellently. The Party Cell is classified as having completed its tasks excellently.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Vo Pham Xuan Lam, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, highly appreciated the Party Cell's leadership in implementing its tasks in focusing on leading and directing the building and improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell and Party members, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Cell.

In particular, during the period of implementing the task of streamlining the apparatus, the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee were closely coordinated by the Party Cell with the leaders of the Executive Board, directing the implementation to be completed on schedule, ensuring progress, in the spirit of "running while lining up", but thoroughly and carefully.

With the theme "unity, innovation, breakthrough, development", the 5th Congress of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, term 2025 - 2030 aims to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants, and party members; promote innovation, creativity, digital transformation, build a cadre, civil servant, and party member team that can quickly adapt to the working environment and new scientific and technological progress.
