Young delegates and the aspiration to spread the spirit of digital transformation

At the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, comrade Le Thi Anh Tram (born 1993, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Buon Ma Thuot Ward Youth Union) was the youngest delegate.

For a young delegate like Ms. Tram, attending a particularly important political event of the Party Committee, Party members and People of the province is a great honor and pride.

Sharing on the sidelines of the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Anh Tram said that she was admitted to the Party in 2021. In the previous term, she could only follow the congress through the media. This time, being able to join the delegation of the Buon Ma Thuot Ward Party Committee to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 - the historic congress of the locality after the province's merger, Ms. Le Thi Anh Tram was extremely honored and considered this a motivation to continue to strive, practice, mature and contribute.

According to Ms. Le Thi Anh Tram, the biggest impression at this Congress is the spirit of innovation and modernity. Specifically, the Congress used facial recognition technology (Face ID) to take attendance of delegates. In addition, delegates were also installed with the application "Party Congress Solution" to support the organization and management of delegate lists; look up documents, contribute opinions; discuss groups, register to speak; vote to approve targets... The application of information technology and artificial intelligence to operate, manage and look up documents not only facilitates delegates but also demonstrates the determination and new approach of Dak Lak province in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. This also sets the task for the young generation to take the lead and be proactive in digital transformation, be creative, support the government in building digital government and digital society, contributing to the province's rapid and sustainable development as the goal set by the Provincial Party Committee.

Ms. Le Thi Anh Tram hopes and believes that in the coming term, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee will have breakthrough policies to promote socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, and bring the province firmly together with the whole country into a new era - the era of national development. In her locality, she will try to spread and convey the spirit and momentum of the Congress to union members and youth, contributing to the implementation of the targets and tasks set out by the Congress.

As one of the representatives of the young generation of the province, Ms. Tram is determined to innovate, practice, learn, gain experience and knowledge to ensure the requirements of new tasks. Ms. Le Thi Anh Tram expressed: "I hope that the cadres, young party members and union members and youth will promote the spirit of initiative and creativity, strive to join the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province to complete the targets and tasks in the coming term. In particular, the youth of Buon Ma Thuot ward will continue to join hands to build Buon Ma Thuot into a smart, modern and unique urban area."
