The average GRDP growth rate for the period is estimated at 8.98%/year; planning, urbanization, basic construction, land management, environmental pollution treatment and many key large-scale projects and works are focused on, contributing to changing the appearance from urban to rural areas. Policies on social security and welfare are implemented fully, promptly, effectively, publicly and transparently.

The work of Party building and rectification has achieved many positive results. The political system and apparatus have been streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently. The most important thing is that the people always enjoy the fruits of development, and their material and spiritual lives have been significantly improved. The great national unity bloc has been firmly consolidated. These results are vivid and clear evidence of the spirit of solidarity and the unceasing efforts of the entire political system for the happiness of the people and for the development of the homeland and the country - the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.

In the period of 2021-2025, the GRDP growth rate is estimated at 8.98%/year, higher than the general level of the whole country; economic scale ranks 5th in the country; budget revenue ranks 6th in the country. Attracting FDI capital of over 20 billion USD, Bac Ninh has become one of the leading import-export centers in the country, with total import-export turnover in the period of 2021-2025 reaching nearly 660 billion USD...

In the spirit of seeking knowledge, the Political Report and the Review Report presented to the Congress pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome. The Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee reminded the Party Committee of Bac Ninh province of a number of issues that need to be focused on, discussed carefully, and clearly analyzed for causes, especially subjective causes, in order to have comprehensive and effective solutions in the coming term.

At the 1st Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Nguyen Quang Duong announced the Politburo's Decision on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Minister of National Defense, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
