The mobile exhibition "Hoang Sa and Truong Sa of Vietnam - Historical and legal evidence" in Quang Phu commune, Dak Lak province displays nearly 100 documents on the following topics: Maps of Vietnam during the monarchy period (16th - 19th century) affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos; excerpts and royal records of the Nguyen Dynasty showing Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos; maps published in the West (16th - 19th century) recording Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos; maps of China published by the West and China (16th - 20th century) recording that Hoang Sa and Truong Sa do not belong to China; images and documents of the Hoang Sa archipelago before 1975; some images of the current Truong Sa archipelago and activities of Party and State leaders, officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Navy, and people on the Truong Sa archipelago.

Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province, emphasized: The mobile exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa of Vietnam - Historical and legal evidence" is an important event; aiming to promote information and propaganda work about the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the area. Thereby, helping all levels, sectors and each citizen see their responsibility in building and protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

The exhibition once again affirms that Vietnam's seas and islands are a sacred part of the Fatherland; the seas and islands have a particularly important position in the cause of building, developing and protecting the country. Through the exhibition, the cadres, party members and people of Dak Lak province are provided with documents and evidence that have been published in Vietnamese research works and international forums, firmly affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.
