On October 23, the Party Committee of the Quartermaster Department (General Department of Logistics and Engineering) held a conference to quickly announce the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Congress of the Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Colonel Ha Chi Dung, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Quartermaster Department, disseminated the results of the 13th Central Conference of the 13th tenure.

At the conference, delegates listened to Colonel Ha Chi Dung, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Quartermaster Department, disseminate key and core contents on the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Congress of the Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Also at the conference, delegates listened to the speech of General Secretary To Lam (published in the People's Army Newspaper on October 1 and 3, 2025); Letter of the 12th Party Congress of the Army (published in the People's Army Newspaper on October 3, 2025).

The conference aims to disseminate to all cadres and party members the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Thereby, creating unity in ideological awareness and action, high consensus with the content of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 12th Congress of the Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030 discussed and approved.
