Quang Nam Electricity meets well the electricity demand for economic recovery and development of the province.

In the first 6 months of the year, the maximum load capacity of the Quang Nam province power system reached over 482 MW, an increase of 11.1% compared to 2023. Commercial electricity output was more than 1,374.34 million kWh, an increase of 13.21% over the same period in 2023. All components increased such as: industry increased by 9.5%, commerce increased by 22.7%, agriculture - forestry - fishery increased by 13.1%, residential consumption increased by 15.5%. PC Quang Nam has well met the increased demand for electricity in the context of the province's economic recovery.

Along with that, the company constantly focuses on improving the reliability of power supply. The average power outage time per customer on the distribution grid is 91.14 minutes, down 5.13% over the same period last year.

Business and customer service activities continue to improve quality and efficiency . 99.6% of customers pay for electricity without cash; 100% of customers use electricity supply services via the network environment and use level 4 online electricity supply services; the entire process of providing electricity services is 100% electronic.

To ensure stable power supply under conditions of constantly growing electricity loads, the company has deployed 129 new construction investment projects and upgraded the power grid with a total capital of more than 244.3 billion VND.

Implementing the Government 's policy and the direction of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee, PC Quang Nam has synchronously deployed many solutions to manage electricity saving work. In the past 6 months, the whole province has saved 30.56 million kWh, equivalent to 2.75% compared to commercial electricity.

PC Quang Nam sets the goal from now until the end of the year to ensure power supply for the local socio-economic development needs; successfully complete the assigned production and business plan targets; continuously improve the quality of customer service; effectively exploit investment capital for construction and major repairs to improve the quality of the power grid; deploy natural disaster prevention work, prepare power supply plans for the rainy and stormy season. The company recommends that people pay attention to checking and ensuring the safety of the electrical system after the meter; prevent electrical fires and explosions; use electricity economically and reasonably; support the protection of the safety of the power grid corridor.
