Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province meets new rural standards.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province to be responsible for announcing and rewarding according to regulations; directed the People's Committee of Dinh Hoa district to continue maintaining and improving the quality of criteria, focusing on production and environmental criteria to ensure sustainability in new rural construction.

* Dinh Hoa is a mountainous district of Thai Nguyen province, with 17 ethnic groups living together, of which ethnic minorities account for over 73%. After many years of efforts, Dinh Hoa district has been recognized as meeting new rural standards.

It is known that by the end of 2023, Dinh Hoa district has 22/22 communes meeting new rural standards, of which 03 communes meet advanced new rural standards, 1 town meets civilized urban criteria, and 9/9 new rural district criteria. The value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production reaches over 1,200 billion VND. The value of products per hectare of agricultural land is about 110 million VND. Currently, Dinh Hoa district has 15 products ranked as 3-star OCOP products. The results achieved in economic development have contributed to helping Dinh Hoa district meet new rural standards.
