Fritz immediately had a chance to reclaim the break but missed, before continuing to put great pressure on Djokovic in the deciding service game. After 14 minutes of tense tension, Nole still stood firm and closed out the opening set with a score of 6-3.

In the second set, Fritz created many opportunities but could not take advantage of them. Djokovic steadfastly defended his serve, even breaking in game 7. Although the fourth seed managed to equalize with a break in game 10, he made too many mistakes and lost the advantage immediately after that, ending the second set with a 5-7 defeat.

In the third set, the match was balanced, then suddenly: Djokovic was affected by the crowd's psychology and lost the break. Seizing the opportunity, Fritz served confidently and won 6-3, shortening the gap.
