Da Nang donates 6 billion VND to support people in the North Central region affected by storm No. 10

On the morning of October 1, at the Conference to evaluate the situation and results of 3 months of organizing and operating the 2-level local government model in Da Nang City, the Da Nang Standing Committee launched a fundraising campaign to support people in the Central provinces that suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 10 (storm Bualoi).

At the launching ceremony, many officials, civil servants and public employees from agencies and units in the city actively participated in contributing. The entire amount will be compiled by Da Nang City and given to people in flood-affected areas.

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, said that to contribute to sharing the heavy damage caused by storm No. 10 to the people of the Central provinces, Da Nang City decided to allocate 6 billion VND to support the four most affected provinces, including Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Tri.
