The National Assembly delegation of Quang Ninh province met with voters of 14 wards and communes before the 10th Session.

On October 2, at the headquarters of Quang Yen ward, the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province, including delegates: Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Dang Xuan Phuong, Standing Member of the Law and Justice Committee Tran Thi Kim Nhung and Permanent Vice President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Most Venerable Thich Thanh Quyet met with voters before the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

The contact conference was connected online from the Quang Yen ward bridge to 13 other communes and wards, including: Mao Khe, An Sinh, Dong Trieu, Binh Khe, Hoang Que, Uong Bi, Yen Tu, Vang Danh, Dong Mai, Hiep Hoa, Ha An, Phong Coc, Lien Hoa.

At the Conference, National Assembly Delegate Tran Thi Kim Nhung, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, informed voters about the expected content and program of the upcoming 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly .

Accordingly, the session is expected to open on October 20 and close on December 12, 2025, with many important contents, such as: reviewing and approving 42 draft laws and 3 resolutions; discussing and deciding on socio-economic and state budget issues; summarizing the term of the 15th National Assembly; discussing draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and deciding on other major issues on planning, foreign affairs and personnel.

Voters expressed their joy and excitement at the country's positive innovations in recent times; at the same time, they requested that the provincial National Assembly deputies propose to the Central Government to resolutely remove all difficulties and operate the local government at two levels smoothly; review and adjust the staffing levels in accordance with the actual arrangement; study and supplement allowances and policies for deputy heads of political organizations at the commune, ward and special zone levels; promote digital transformation, strengthen network security, tighten social network management, protect State secrets; bring social housing policies into life; synchronously build urban infrastructure to overcome traffic jams and local flooding...

The provincial National Assembly Delegates and representatives of departments, branches and localities directly discussed, answered and resolved a number of recommendations within their authority. At the same time, the provincial National Assembly Delegation took note and compiled them in full to report to the National Assembly, the Government and central ministries and branches for consideration and resolution.

Concluding the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Dang Xuan Phuong affirmed that the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province will continue to make efforts, promote the spirit of responsibility, openness, listen and honestly reflect the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of voters to the National Assembly forum, contributing to making practical decisions for the common development of the locality and the country.
