Bamboo Airways has just announced the recruitment of 500 more flight attendants and plans to add more aircraft to prepare for its 2026-2030 development strategy.

Accordingly, the time to receive applications for flight attendant positions is extended from now until the end of November.

Candidates must meet some basic standards such as: age under 25, height 170-182 cm for men and 160-175 cm for women, graduated from high school or higher (priority is given to candidates with intermediate, college or university degrees), TOEIC English proficiency of 500 points or higher or equivalent. Candidates proficient in other foreign languages ​​such as Korean, Japanese... will have an advantage.

The airline representative said that increasing the number of flight attendants is an important step in preparing to supplement the force for the plan to increase the size of the fleet, continue to improve and enhance service quality and passenger experience. "This is a key factor for Bamboo Airways to maintain its competitive advantage in the context of strong growth in the Vietnamese aviation industry," the representative said.

According to the representative, each Bamboo Airways flight attendant not only serves passengers on the flight, but is also a brand ambassador, spreading the spirit of hospitality, dedication, thoughtfulness and enthusiasm to all domestic and international passengers.

Regarding the plan to increase the number of aircraft, the airline representative said that the unit is negotiating to lease 2-3 additional aircraft to serve the upcoming Lunar New Year peak season to meet the increased travel demand of passengers. Previously, Bamboo announced the opening of Tet ticket sales, expected to increase the supply capacity by 16%, including increasing the frequency of existing routes as well as reopening some routes that many passengers are interested in such as Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh, Ho Chi Minh City - Thanh Hoa ...

In the medium term, the airline aims to expand its fleet by 8-10 aircraft each year, aiming to strongly develop its fleet and flight network in the period 2026-2030 to serve both domestic and international markets. Along with the fleet expansion plan, Bamboo also pays special attention to maintaining the on-time flight rate and improving service experience from the ground to the air.
