The National Assembly delegation of Phu Tho province met with voters before the 10th Session.

Attending the conference were Party Central Committee members: Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Bui Minh Chau; State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan.

At the conference, the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho province informed voters about the content and program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Expected to work for 40 consecutive days, the Session will not have a break in the middle of the session, including working on Saturdays. This is the longest Session since the beginning of the term, and is also the last Session of the 15th National Assembly with a huge amount of work.

Pursuant to the 2025 Law and Ordinance Development Program of the National Assembly , the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho province have proactively and actively implemented activities to serve the law development work at the Tenth Session with many diverse, rich and practical forms to improve the quality of law development; grasp the problems and difficulties in organization and implementation; combine to collect voters' opinions on draft laws through thematic voter contact conferences... Up to now, basically the petitions sent by the National Assembly Delegation have been resolved and responded to by agencies, organizations and individuals according to their authority.

At the meeting, voters expressed their agreement, high consensus and trust in the policies of the Party and State, especially the policy of rearranging administrative units; at the same time, highly appreciated the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho province in the past time. At the same time, they affirmed that they will work with local authorities and agencies to build local development.

Voters also proposed and recommended many contents related to the local socio -economic situation. Specifically, voters recommended that the State pay attention to managing the issue of prices and counterfeit goods; resolving the regime for specialized officials; the regime according to Decree 09/2015/ND-CP of the Government on adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances for retired commune officials is very low; proposing that the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune and ward be authorized to sign and certify a number of procedures, reducing the overload for leaders of the People's Committee at the commune level in resolving administrative procedures after the reorganization...

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Bui Minh Chau discussed and answered the opinions raised by the voters; at the same time, he affirmed that the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will synthesize, classify and forward them to the competent authority for settlement in accordance with regulations. Regarding the opinion of the voters about the commune officials quitting their jobs according to Decree 09/2015/ND-CP of the Government on adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances for commune officials who have previously quit their jobs, which is very low, Mr. Bui Minh Chau said that the voters' petition is legitimate and will forward the voters' opinions to the competent authority for consideration and settlement.

Regarding the voters' recommendations on the regime for non-professional cadres at the commune and residential group levels, the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also affirmed that the team of non-professional cadres at the commune and residential group levels are undertaking a lot of work, providing great support to the Party organizations and local authorities at the grassroots level. Therefore, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will accept and make recommendations to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution. However, in the context of many difficulties in the state budget, it is hoped that voters and non-professional cadres at the commune and residential group levels will also share and continue to coordinate and support the agencies to effectively implement policies to the people.
