This year, the Ryder Cup was held in New York (USA). The home team was rated higher before the tournament started, but the European all-star team had more success during the tournament.

Victory came to the European all-star team after Shane Lowry (Ireland) had an important draw against Russell Henley (USA) on the final match day, which ended at dawn today (September 29, Vietnam time).

Before that, the European team had losses from McIlroy (Northern Ireland) and Jon Rahm (Spain) which put them at a disadvantage.

However, after that, Ludvig Aberg (Sweden) won against Patrick Cantlay (USA), Matt Fitzpatrick (England) drew with Bryson DeChambeau (USA). They gradually helped the European team turn the situation around, before Shane Lowry had the excellent match mentioned above.

In the end, the European all-star team won 15-13 to take the championship.
