On the morning of October 4, a working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van visited and expressed condolences to the family of comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, who passed away due to an accident while directing traffic control on National Highway 27.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van expressed his deep condolences for the noble sacrifice of comrade Le Phuoc Toan, an exemplary cadre, dedicated to his work, putting the interests of the people above all else.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van sent condolences and presented 50 million VND in support to the relatives of comrade Le Phuoc Toan.

Comrade Nguyen Thien Van also affirmed that the sacrifice of comrade Le Phuoc Toan is a shining example of bravery, responsibility and devotion to the people.

The Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and people in the province always respect and acknowledge the comrade's contributions; at the same time, hope that his family will be steadfast and continue to promote the noble deeds of the cadre who lived a full life for the peace of the people.
