In recent times, responding to the campaigns and emulation movements launched by the Party, the State and the Vietnam Fatherland Front , the residential community has tried and made efforts to unite and effectively implement patriotic emulation movements in many fields, bringing good results to the residential community, with many creative ways; many effective models have been built such as: Model of "Self-managed People's Group on Security and Order"; Model of "Self-managed Clan on Security and Order" of the Ta Thia Clan in Ro On Village"; Model of "Thai Jackfruit Production Group in Gia Village in the Lu River Area" of the Gia Village people's collective; mobilizing people to clean up the environment along the Village and Village roads with 352 participants.

At the same time, the National Target Programs have implemented new policies for the period 2021-2025, the specific policies have initially achieved many remarkable results... from which the lives of the people in Tan Ha, Gia and Ro On residential areas have been more stable compared to the previous year, the number of poor households in the whole commune after being reviewed at the end of 2024 is currently 98 poor households, a decrease of 92 households compared to the same period at the end of 2023; the number of near-poor households is 73 households, a decrease of 51 households compared to the same period at the end of 2023; the number of well-off households has increased compared to before. In addition, the mobilization work has also been done well, during the year, gifts were mobilized for poor and near-poor households; the mobilization rate of the "For the Poor" Fund reached more than 16 million VND; "Cultural families" reached 100%, currently the commune has achieved 13/19 criteria for new rural recognition.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee commended and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, solidarity and achievements that the cadres, party members and all the people of Phuoc Ha commune have achieved in the past time. In the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations, the Fatherland Front Working Committee and each cadre, party member and people in the residential area to closely follow and well implement the theme: "Self-management, solidarity, prosperity and happiness", continue to promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the revolutionary tradition of the homeland and the achievements in the past time so that Phuoc Ha commune can innovate and achieve many results in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front at all levels.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on implementing a number of tasks such as: Continuing to effectively implement the patriotic emulation movements "For the poor - No one is left behind", "Eliminate temporary houses, dilapidated houses" launched by the Prime Minister and focusing on the movement "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; especially the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas"; the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", striving to achieve 6 more criteria in 2025 to be recognized as a new rural commune to ensure the goals set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress; Further promoting the people's mastery, the spirit of mutual love and affection, effectively implementing models and actions to help each other develop the economy , reduce poverty sustainably, contributing to building a "Self-governed, united, prosperous and happy" residential area; Promote the core role of the Front Work Committee, mediation teams in residential areas, prestigious people, dignitaries and religious officials in the residential community in building neighborly relationships, solidarity, mutual assistance and support in the residential community; at the same time, promote movements and campaigns more widely and increasingly expand and improve their quality and effectiveness in the coming time; pay attention to building Party cells, residential management boards, Front Work Committees and strong and clean mass organizations in residential areas.
