In the first 9 months of 2025, total social investment capital at current prices is estimated at VND 2,701.8 trillion, up 11.6% over the same period last year.

According to the General Statistics Office, the total social investment capital in the third quarter of 2025 at current prices is estimated at 1,100.1 trillion VND, up 13.3% over the same period last year, including: State sector capital is estimated at 343 trillion VND, up 23.9%; non-state sector capital is 582.2 trillion VND, up 8.2%; foreign direct investment sector is 174.9 trillion VND, up 12.2%.

In the first 9 months of 2025, total social investment capital at current prices is estimated at VND 2,701.8 trillion, up 11.6% over the same period last year.

Of the above, state sector capital reached VND798.4 trillion, accounting for 29.6% of total capital and increasing by 19.6% over the same period last year; non-state sector reached VND1,441.3 trillion, accounting for 53.3% and increasing by 7.8%; foreign direct investment sector reached VND462.1 trillion, accounting for 17.1% and increasing by 11.2%.

In the state sector's investment capital, the capital implemented from the state budget in the first 9 months of 2025 is estimated at VND 550.1 trillion, equal to 55.7% of the annual plan and an increase of 27.9% over the same period last year (the same period in 2024 was equal to 55.1% and an increase of 2.5%).

According to management level, central capital reached 78.4 trillion VND, equal to 53.2% of the yearly plan and increased by 6% over the same period last year; local capital reached 471.7 trillion VND, equal to 56.2% and increased by 32.4%.

In locally managed capital, provincial state budget capital reached 384.4 trillion VND, equal to 55% and increased by 37.8%; commune-level state budget capital reached 87.3 trillion VND, equal to 62.3% and increased by 12.8%.

Total social investment capital in the first 9 months of 2025 increased by 11.6% over the same period last year, showing that the State, enterprises, and investors are very determined and active in implementing investment in many industries and fields.

Total state budget revenue in September is estimated at 181.1 trillion VND, accumulated total state budget revenue in the first 9 months of 2025 reached nearly 1,926 trillion VND, equal to 97.9% of the year's estimate and an increase of 30.5% over the same period last year.

Of the above, domestic revenue reached 1,653.2 trillion VND, equal to 99.1% of the year's estimate and increased by 35.1% over the same period last year; revenue from crude oil reached 37.1 trillion VND, equal to 69.7% of the year's estimate and decreased by 15.9%; budget balance revenue from import-export activities reached 234.6 trillion VND, equal to 99.8% of the year's estimate and increased by 13%.

Total state budget expenditure in September is estimated at VND 201.5 trillion, accumulated in the first 9 months of 2025 is VND 1,634.8 trillion, equal to 63.4% of the year's estimate and up 31.4% over the same period last year.

Of which, regular expenditure reached 1,113 trillion VND, equal to 69.7% and increased by 29.9%; development investment expenditure was 440.4 trillion VND, equal to 55.7% and increased by 43.1%; debt interest payment was 75.6 trillion VND, equal to 68.4% and decreased by 3.3%.
