Dong Nai focuses on supporting and promoting private economic development

(DN) - On the afternoon of October 14, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long chaired a meeting with the Department of Finance - Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for Enterprise Support and Economic Development (Provincial Steering Committee) to listen to a report on the operation situation in the first 9 months of 2025; key tasks in the last months of the year and propose solutions to handle difficulties and problems in the process of performing tasks.

Also attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches, Dong Nai Provincial Business Federation, and Dong Nai Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.

According to the report of the Department of Finance, in the first 9 months of 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee advised the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee a plan to implement Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development in the province; advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish the Provincial Steering Committee.

In supporting businesses, the Provincial Steering Committee has provided support related to credit policies; attracting investment; registering business establishment; promoting meetings and dialogues with businesses; reforming administrative procedures, and removing difficulties and obstacles for projects of businesses in the province, contributing to the economic growth of the province in the past 9 months.

In order to continue carrying out its tasks in the last months of 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee has set out goals and solutions, and at the same time has directions to effectively support businesses in their operations. Therein, focusing on implementing Resolution 68 of the Politburo; promptly promulgating and organizing the implementation of plans to reduce and simplify regulations related to business operations of enterprises; having solutions to support small and medium enterprises in the province.

Promote digital transformation in business management and operation, build an information technology application system to serve synthesis, periodic reporting, and carry out administrative procedures using new scientific and technological application methods instead of traditional methods...

Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long suggested: The Provincial Steering Committee should soon complete the personnel and operating apparatus of the Provincial Steering Committee, clearly defining the composition of departments and branches to assign specific tasks to each individual participating in the Steering Committee. Members of the Provincial Steering Committee must attend all meetings; establish a support team to synthesize opinions and advise the Provincial Steering Committee on solutions during the operation process.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long affirmed: The main goal of the Provincial Steering Committee is to improve the investment environment to attract investment to Dong Nai in the spirit of following Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development; Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. Thereby, identifying private economic development as an important goal in implementing local economic development. Dong Nai is a harmonious combination of economic components. The task of the Provincial Steering Committee is to maximize its role in creating conditions and supporting businesses to develop. Ensure that even the smallest components operate effectively.

The province provides maximum support for business development and is ready to resolve any difficulties or problems that businesses may have. In return, businesses must commit to operating within the framework of the law, have effective production and business strategies, and bring the highest economic value to the province.

Business representatives continue to be a strong supporter of the Provincial Steering Committee in understanding the difficulties, thoughts and aspirations of businesses, and at the same time providing consulting solutions to report to the provincial leaders for handling.
