Inspecting administrative reform work in two communes Tan Hoi and Tan Hiep

On April 14, an inspection delegation of the People's Committee of An Giang province led by Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Thanh Hai inspected administrative reform work at the People's Committees of Tan Hoi and Tan Hiep communes (An Giang province).

Through working with the People's Committee of Tan Hoi commune, the inspection team noted that digital transformation activities, building digital government and e-government in the commune are gradually becoming systematic, practical and effective. Telecommunications infrastructure is developed synchronously, mobile telecommunications services and fixed broadband are popularized to 100% of hamlets. The rate of households accessing Internet services is increasing, especially poor and near-poor households are gradually accessing through public telecommunications programs...

The inspection team requested the People's Committee of Tan Hoi commune to strengthen information and propaganda work to increase the rate of online public services, digitization of the entire process, online payment; ensure the rate of issued documents with digital signatures...

Working in Tan Hiep commune, the inspection team conducted a field inspection at the Commune Public Administration Service Center and specialized departments under the Commune People's Committee, with contents on institutional reform, administrative procedure reform, apparatus reform, civil service reform, public finance reform, building and developing e-government, digital government, and results of implementing Project 06 in the commune.

Through the inspection, the delegation recognized the initiative, creativity and high sense of responsibility of Tan Hiep commune in implementing administrative reform tasks. The commune has gradually improved the quality of service to people and businesses, promoting the application of digital transformation in receiving and handling administrative procedure records. Currently, 100% of records are received and processed on the electronic one-stop system, many procedures are resolved before the prescribed deadline, creating satisfaction and trust among the people.
