On the morning of October 23, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nam Ward (HCMC) held the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates of the Ward, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Bui Thanh Nhan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, emphasized that the congress is a forum to demonstrate the solidarity, aspiration and determination of the entire ward.

Agreeing with the assessments and results achieved in the report, comrade Bui Thanh Nhan suggested that in the coming time, in the context of the new space, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward need to focus on building coordination regulations, joining hands, joining hearts, and steadfastly implementing, to bring about the highest efficiency.

Therefore, the ward needs to continue to promote and improve the achieved results and boldly innovate methods and content of activities to bring about efficiency.

The role and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is increasingly important with many things to do, therefore, it is necessary to focus on key, key activities that are suitable for practice to gain people's response, consensus and integration into social life.

Comrade Bui Thanh Nhan highly appreciated the results that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tay Nam ward has achieved in recent times.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nam Ward proposed 6 action programs.

In particular, focusing on mobilizing all classes of people to compete, innovate, be creative, participate in socio- economic development, build and protect the Fatherland; promote the role of mastery and self-management of the people, build a united, prosperous and happy residential area.

The Congress consulted the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nam Ward for the first time, term 2025-2030 with 55 members.

Mr. Lam Phong Thuy holds the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward for the new term.
