
At the ceremony, Ben Thanh ward launched an artificial intelligence (AI) Chatbot to support citizen reception and administrative procedure settlement; and an application to survey people's opinions on service attitude and quality of administrative record settlement.
With the application of surveying people's opinions on service attitude and quality of administrative file handling, at each administrative procedure reception counter, there will be a QR code of each civil servant for people to evaluate service attitude and working capacity. The application helps reduce administrative costs, helping ward leaders have more information to quickly summarize to remind, correct and improve service quality.
With AI Chatbot - Digital Assistant serving Ben Thanh Ward people, people can look up administrative procedures anywhere without having to go to the ward headquarters. The application integrates both Vietnamese and English, helping international tourists learn about famous relics and tourist attractions or answer questions related to regulations and procedures. AI Chatbot also helps ward leaders synthesize frequently asked questions and things that people are interested in to focus on management and resolution.

Ben Thanh Ward also launched the following applications: "Ben Thanh Construction Handbook", "Ben Thanh Construction Registration", "Digital Land Data Map (WebGIS platform)".
Chairwoman of Ben Thanh Ward People's Committee Mai Thi Hong Hoa said that these applications contribute to modernizing the administrative system, increasing publicity, transparency and improving efficiency in serving people and businesses.
