F88 is in the top 'Vietnam's best workplaces 2024'

DNVN - Recently, Great Place To Work (GPTW) honored F88 as one of the top excellent workplaces in Vietnam in 2024, alongside world- class brands such as Hilton, Syngenta, Ericsson, Schneider Electric or DHL.

In recent years, Great Place To Work (GPTW), the world's leading organization in building workplace culture, has searched for, voted for and approved businesses with talent development strategies, human resources policies and working cultures that meet the criteria of "Great workplace For All™ (Happy workplace for all employees) in Vietnam and around the world.

The voting and approval criteria are divided into 5 value groups: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.

This year, in the Medium category, F88 Trading Joint Stock Company received 91% positive reviews, far exceeding the average of 53% for a global business. Specifically, the company received 94% positive scores for care and concern for employees; 93% for fairness and 91% for support from colleagues as well as guidance from the management team.

At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Tran Ha Dung - Director of F88's Human Resources Management Center affirmed: "We create a working environment that promotes the spirit of "Be the Boss", where all employees are empowered to demonstrate "ownership spirit".
