Specifically, customers who have a loan at F88 and whose house has had its roof blown off or collapsed due to storm No. 10 will receive a maximum support of up to 15 million VND. This support amount will be deducted directly from the customer's loan interest and principal.

Customers in the storm-affected areas who have a repayment deadline between October 1 and 15, but have not yet paid their debts, will also be exempted from late payment fees. The application period for this support policy will last until October 31.
