F88 is about to be listed on UPCoM at 634,900 VND/share

(Dan Tri) - The reference price on the first trading day of F88 was determined to be 634,900 VND/share.

The Hanoi Stock Exchange has just announced the first trading day of shares of F88 Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: F88). Specifically, this stock will officially be traded on the UPCoM market from August 8.

The number of shares registered for trading is 8.26 million shares with a par value of VND10,000/share. This document also stated that the reference price on the first trading day was determined to be VND634,900/share, equivalent to a capitalization of VND5,244 billion.

In terms of business results, the company recorded revenue of VND 1,744 billion, up 30% compared to the same period in 2024. Of which, the mortgage lending segment brought in VND 1,521 billion, up 28%. Revenue from insurance business reached VND 199.6 billion, up 45% over the same period last year. Revenue from other sources reached VND 6 billion, up 360%.

As of June 30, F88's total outstanding principal reached VND5,543 billion, up 45.1% compared to the beginning of the year. Of which, nearly 80% of the total outstanding debt was generated by direct business activities and the rest through cooperation between F88 and third parties.

On July 28, the company announced that Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun had joined the company as an independent member of the Board of Directors. He is the CEO of NTL – one of the three largest title lending companies in Thailand. In 2021, the company successfully listed on the SET after an IPO worth 1.2 billion USD.

The businessman has been CEO of NTL since 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and Founding Member of the Thai Motor Vehicle Mortgage Loan Association, Non-Executive Director of Hattha Kaksekar Finance Company, Director of Krungsri Auto and Ayudhya Capital Services.
