Sa Dec Flower and Ornamental Festival 2025 will display 1,000 flower varieties

Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee said that the 2nd Sa Dec Flower and Ornamental Festival in 2025 will take place from December 27, 2025 to January 4, 2026 in Sa Dec City, expected to attract about 500,000 visitors.

According to Mr. Huynh Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee, the highlight of the festival is the display space of 1,000 varieties of flowers and ornamental plants at Sa Dec Park, including: potted flowers, cut flowers, bonsai, orchids, succulents, cacti, colorful foliage plants and shaped fruit trees. This is an opportunity to honor the traditional flower growing profession and promote the brand of Sa Dec - the "flower and ornamental capital" of the Southwest region.

In addition, the Festival also offers a series of rich activities such as: live show Hundred years of flower village fragrance, Mapping projection combined with Countdown program, hot air balloon performance, music night Love of people in the land of flowers .

Visitors can visit the flower and ornamental market, the art lantern festival, the trade and culinary fair, and the experiential spaces: "Old Sa Dec", "Creative Dream", "Heritage Land"...

In addition, there will be a trade, tourism and investment fair; an exhibition of about 200 booths of OCOP products and specialties of the Mekong Delta region.

With a provincial scale and a series of unique activities, the Sa Dec Flower and Ornamental Festival 2025 is expected to create a new mark for the local flower and ornamental industry, while contributing to promoting the image of a dynamic, friendly and culturally rich Dong Thap.
