On October 23, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department installed a camera system integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) at the Pham Hung - Khuat Duy Tien intersection.
AI camera can rotate 360 degrees, clearly identifying objects, phenomena, and subjects at a distance of 500-700 meters.
In particular, the system can operate in all weather conditions and harsh environments.
According to the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, AI cameras will process and analyze videos right at the camera (processed at the border) of traffic violations as well as security and order violations and send them to the monitoring center to read the data and compare it with the system's database...
Cameras detect traffic violations, security and order situations, reduce latency and reduce server system resources at the center.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Dao Viet Long, Deputy Head of Hanoi Traffic Police Department, this is an important step in the digital transformation roadmap of the capital's traffic police force.
This camera system will help quickly and accurately detect violations of traffic order and safety as well as situations related to security and order in the area.
