Deep discount equivalent to Ford Everest

Toyota Fortuner is a 7-seat mid-size SUV that once "made waves" in the Vietnamese market. However, in recent years, this model has been slow to change and has been surpassed in sales by Hyundai Santa Fe and Ford Everest since 2019.

Faced with that situation, Toyota has made many upgrades to Fortuner, including meeting Euro5 standards and adding a large entertainment screen, to increase competitiveness.

In June 2024, customers buying Toyota Fortuner will receive a discount of 50-80 million VND (depending on the version). The above discount is equivalent to Ford Everest and Hyundai Santa Fe.

Toyota Fortuner has dimensions of Length x Width x Height of 4,795 x 1,855 x 1,835 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,745 mm. This model has a new design with many significant improvements.

The split LED headlights combine with a two-tier grille, new 18-inch wheel designs, and more impressive 3D LED taillights. In addition, the Fortuner is also equipped with a hands-free trunk kick feature.

Inside, the current Toyota Fortuner Legender doesn't have many improvements except for the addition of red/black tones to increase the car's sportiness and upgrading the entertainment screen to 9 inches.

All versions are equipped with sports seats, the second row of seats folds 60:40 one-touch, adjusts mechanically in four directions, while the third row of seats reclines, folds 50:50 to both sides and has armrests. At the same time, the rear seats are cooled by rear air vents, equipped with an additional cooling box.

The top-of-the-line Fortuner Legender has the Toyota Safety Sense safety package that includes many modern features such as pre-collision warning (PCS), lane departure warning (LDA) and dynamic cruise control (DRCC).

The 2024 Toyota Fortuner offers three engine options, all of which meet Euro 5 standards.

- 2.4L diesel engine produces 147 horsepower at 3400 rpm and 400 Nm torque at 1600 rpm.

- 2.8L diesel engine produces 201 horsepower at 3400 rpm and 500 Nm torque at 1600 rpm.

- 2.7L gasoline engine has 245 Nm torque at 4000 rpm (capacity not yet announced).
