Hai Phong transfers 1 billion VND of fireworks budget for the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival to support people in flood-affected areas.

The Organizing Committee of the 2025 Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival will not organize fireworks on the opening night. The entire 1 billion VND budget for this activity will be used to support people in provinces affected by storms and floods.

According to the plan of the Organizing Committee, the low-altitude fireworks display will be held right after the special art program " Hai Phong - The Quintessence of Heritage Land" on the opening night of the festival at Kiep Bac Temple.

However, in the face of many provinces and cities suffering heavy damage due to floods, the Organizing Committee has agreed to stop this program and allocate all funds to support people in affected areas.

The decision demonstrates the spirit of "mutual love and support" and profound social responsibility of Hai Phong city, contributing to sharing difficulties, helping people in disaster areas to soon overcome losses and stabilize their lives.

Although there are no fireworks, the 2025 Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival still takes place solemnly, on a large scale and imbued with identity, with many traditional rituals and unique cultural and artistic activities, attracting hundreds of thousands of people and tourists from all over to visit and worship.
