The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front requested local Party committees and authorities to continue to closely monitor weather developments, promptly mobilize all resources to support people, and absolutely not let people lack food, essential necessities, or safe housing. Ensuring immediate livelihoods and restoring production after natural disasters is an urgent task that needs to be implemented synchronously, drastically, and promptly.
As Head of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, comrade Ha Thi Nga requested that the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in localities actively coordinate with the authorities, organizations and functional forces to promptly grasp the damage situation, urgently review and make a list to support the right beneficiaries, and avoid omissions or unreasonable allocation.

He requested the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province to promptly allocate available relief funds to promptly support affected people. Continue to direct the establishment of relief working groups for people in severely affected areas; coordinate to review and inspect the entire school system and medical stations in the area to ensure students return to school safely and people have timely access to medical services.
Comrade Ha Thi Nga emphasized that localities need to strengthen propaganda work, raise awareness and proactive spirit of people in flood and storm prevention and control, effectively implement the "4 on-the-spot" motto. The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels need to continue to be a solid bridge between the Party, the State and the People; actively mobilize social resources to join hands to help people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
On this occasion, the delegation presented 50 bags of essential goods (fresh milk, mineral water, pork floss cakes); 2 boxes of school bags; 50 boxes of ginseng water; 1,200 boxes of Pepsi brand products to support people in affected areas and forces participating in overcoming the damage caused by storm No. 11 in Bac Ninh province. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented 5 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift) to 5 policy families in the affected commune (authorized the Commune Fatherland Front Committee to deliver to the households).
It is known that in Kep commune, due to rising river water, more than 500 households with about 1,400 people had to evacuate on the spot or to other places to ensure safety. The whole commune has nearly 200 hectares of rice, crops, fruit trees, and aquaculture flooded.
