The Provincial Business Association is the “common home” of the business community and entrepreneurs in the province. Over the years, the Association has constantly innovated and created, accompanied its members in developing production and business, and become an important bridge between businesses and the government. Since then, Contribute to business development, participate in improving the investment environment, enhancing competitiveness, promoting socio -economic development and realizing the goal of making the province develop rapidly and sustainably in the direction of modern industry, wealth and prosperity.

Actively contribute to the development of the province
The business community of the province has made strong progress in both quantity and quality. Every year, thousands of new businesses are established, many of which are large-scale. Currently, the whole province has over 30,000 businesses and branches of representative offices registered for operation. The economic development of the province has a very important contribution from the business community. Statistics show that businesses contribute over 60% of the annual provincial budget revenue. Achieving that result is thanks to the effective operation of the business community, the team of entrepreneurs, in which the Provincial Business Association is the center, the focal point to gather the business community to promote production and business.
In recent times, the Provincial Business Association has continuously strengthened its organization, performed well its functions of supporting, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of enterprises in investment, production, and business activities. Every year, the Association coordinates with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and related units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to organize 2-3 dialogue conferences to resolve difficulties and obstacles for enterprises, focusing on complex issues such as: Land, site clearance, investment policy decisions, planning implementation... The Association's Standing Committee proposed to organize direct working sessions with the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time organize the Business Coffee Program every Thursday to directly reflect and make recommendations to the provincial leaders and relevant departments and branches to promptly resolve issues for enterprises. In addition, the Association assigns the Association Office to receive petitions and recommendations from businesses, directly provide legal advice and support upon request from businesses, and advise the Association's leaders to issue written recommendations to central and local authorities for consideration and resolution, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of businesses. On average, the Association receives over 50 recommendations from businesses each year. Most of the recommendations from businesses are considered and resolved promptly and are specifically responded to in writing. Many recommendations are resolved completely, making an important contribution to removing difficulties in the production and business activities of businesses.

Along with that, the Association has strengthened investment promotion activities, contributing to improving the investment and business environment in the province. From 2021 to present, The Association has organized for businesses to attend over 40 conferences to connect trade and investment promotion organized by ministries, central branches, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam Association for Consumer Goods Development (VACOD), Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, related branches and provinces. The Association also coordinates to organize investment and trade promotion conferences with domestic and foreign businesses. Closely following the Party and State's policies on economic diplomacy , cooperation with countries with which Vietnam has stable diplomatic relations, at the level of strategic and comprehensive partnerships, the Association aims to support businesses in the process of implementing international economic integration commitments, expanding export markets, and consuming goods. In particular, focusing on supporting businesses in the province to link with foreign businesses to access advanced technology, acquire management experience to improve labor productivity, competitiveness of businesses and products. From there, creating conditions for businesses to learn, connect, trade, expand investment cooperation to develop production and business both domestically and internationally.
In the current context, digital transformation is one of the key solutions to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, contributing to promoting the digital economy. Accompanying enterprises, the Association has coordinated to organize training for enterprises on many contents such as: Human resource management - 4.0 strategic planning; Building initiatives - Applying technology (AI) in production and business... Up to now, 100% of enterprises in the province have been implementing digital transformation at different levels. Commonly applied digital stages include: Administration, operation, production lines, connection, product consumption, customer care... Thanks to proactively accessing new technology, many enterprises have made breakthroughs in production and business efficiency, saving costs, reducing dependence on labor and expanding the market. More importantly, digital transformation helps enterprises approach the common development of the country and the world, gradually building a position on the digital economic map.
One of the activities highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the business community is that the Provincial Business Association presided over the development and implementation of the Provincial Competitiveness Index (DDCI). The DDCI has actively contributed to administrative procedure reform, improving the investment and business environment, raising the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), creating an increasingly better environment for businesses to invest and develop.
Entrepreneurs and businesses do not operate solely for profit but also demonstrate social responsibility and affection for the community. Over the years, the Association has always paid attention to and actively mobilized and encouraged member businesses to actively participate in contributing to the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; supporting funding for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; supporting the Fund for the Poor; implementing the School Support Program; supporting people affected by natural disasters...
Building an increasingly strong Association
Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development (Resolution No. 68) affirms: In a socialist-oriented market economy, the private economy is the most important driving force of the national economy, a pioneering force promoting growth, creating jobs, improving labor productivity, national competitiveness, industrialization, modernization, restructuring the economy towards green, circular, sustainable... To concretize Resolution No. 68, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued a Plan on private economic development. The Provincial People's Committee is interested in investing in completing infrastructure; improving the investment and business environment, attracting investment...
However, businesses also face many difficulties and challenges, such as: Rapid and unpredictable fluctuations in the regional and global political situation; US reciprocal tax policy; fierce competition in the market; limited access to resources, especially for small and medium enterprises. The Association operates in a large area, while facilities and equipment are limited...

Promoting the achievements, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Business Association strives to become a strong Association in the region and the whole country; truly a common home for the business community in the province... Realizing that goal, the Provincial Business Association continues to accompany businesses, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of member businesses; improve the effectiveness of support activities, remove difficulties and obstacles for production and business; continue to innovate operating methods, play a good role as a bridge between businesses and Party committees and authorities at all levels. Every year, coordinate to organize 2-3 dialogue meetings between businesses and the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors to resolve and remove obstacles and difficulties of businesses. Strive for 100% of business recommendations to be resolved and responded by competent authorities. Strengthen investment and trade promotion activities in many forms both domestically and internationally...
At the same time, propagate and mobilize enterprises to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and perform well in social security work; focus on building and implementing corporate culture; build an increasingly strong, integrated and sustainable development community of Hung Yen businesses and entrepreneurs, contributing with the Party Committee and the People to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
