At the program, union members and young people in the province listened to the founding members and operators of the ILOKA FOOD application (a mobile application providing online food ordering services) of ILOKA Technology Joint Stock Company share about their journey of more than 3 years of starting a business. To date, the application has had more than 50,000 users and hundreds of business partners on the platform, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the locality, helping people and businesses access e-commerce effectively.

Attending and speaking at the program, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Minh Kien said: E-commerce is the backbone of the digital economy . Young people today are gradually getting used to e-commerce, using smartphones to place orders on social networking platforms. However, in recent times, most of the tools, technology products, and e-commerce platforms are from foreign partners.

Within the framework of the Youth Innovation and Digital Transformation Festival of Dong Nai Province in 2025, the Provincial Youth Union organized the Talkshow ILOKA FOOD - Technological breakthroughs of young people to connect and create opportunities for technology businesses of Dong Nai youth to tell their own startup stories. From there, inspire, motivate and believe for other young people to continue to realize their goals and aspirations to master technology, support people and businesses, and participate in building a transparent digital government in the coming time.

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Minh Kien affirmed: This is just the first typical story. The Provincial Youth Union will connect young businesses in many fields, creating conditions for young businesses to access the necessary resources to be more successful in the field of startups to concretize the goals of resolutions related to science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and private economic development.
