During the past term, the Women's Union of the Military Region 7 General Staff deployed many exciting emulation movements, practical models, creative methods, suitable to the characteristics and tasks of the unit. The Union has truly become a spiritual support, a place to connect and support members in difficulty, to successfully complete tasks at the unit and build happy families, and build a strong and comprehensive unit.

Over the past 5 years, the Association has organized many meaningful activities such as: Visiting and giving gifts to 91 members in difficult circumstances and illnesses; awarding 30 scholarships to children of members who have overcome difficulties and studied well; supporting 32 members to borrow from 15-20 million VND without interest.

With outstanding achievements, 100% of member families met the standard of “Cultural Family” in residential areas. The Association has achieved 4 consecutive years of strong and excellent strength, and was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Military Region 7 Command.

Leaders of the Political Department, General Staff and representatives of the Mass Affairs Department, Political Department of Military Region 7 presented flowers to the comrades elected to the Executive Committee of the Association for the 2025-2030 term.

The congress drew out outstanding experiences in successfully performing tasks in the past term, such as building specific plans and implementing emulation movements such as: "Family of 5 no's, 3 clean's"; "Family of 5 yes's, 3 clean's"; "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, responsibility"...; at the same time, well organizing training and fostering activities associated with activities such as journeys to the source, meeting historical witnesses, visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy families... contributing to educating traditions, improving political capacity, ideals, and skills for members.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of the Military Region 7 General Staff strives for more than 98% of its members to achieve the title of "Advanced Women's Union Member", of which 20% of its members will achieve the title of "Excellent Women's Union Member"; 100% or more of its annual inspections will meet the requirements, of which more than 90% will be good or excellent in political inspections; more than 75% will be good or excellent in regulations and physical fitness inspections... The Union strives for no members to violate discipline, 100% of its members to be equipped with digital skills; 100% of its branches will complete their tasks well and excellently, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and a strong and comprehensive unit.
