Investment project to build road connecting provincial road 354.

According to the Kien Thuy Regional Project Management Board, as of September 29, the disbursement value in Kien Thuy region reached 553.9/1,389.6 billion VND, equivalent to 39.86% of the plan. Of which, public investment capital reached 66.25%, model new rural area 58.84%, the project connecting provincial road 354 only reached 12.5%, only the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project has not yet disbursed.

Key projects are being focused on implementation. The road connecting Provincial Road 354 to the coastal road has reached more than 83% of the volume, currently there is still a household in Kien Hung commune that has not yet handed over the site. For 34 other public investment projects, the progress is 45 - 95%. The model new rural construction program with 124 basic traffic routes has been completed, with an average progress of 92%, many civil works reaching 60 - 98%.

Tan Trao Industrial Park Phase 1 project paid compensation of 145.3 billion VND to 299 households, reclaiming 30.56 hectares. Kien Thuy Project Management Board affirmed its determination to complete 100% capital disbursement by 2025.

After nearly 3 months of operating the 2-level government model in 5 communes Nghi Duong, Kien Thuy, Kien Hung, Kien Minh, Kien Hai, operations have been basically stable, with a high rate of receiving and processing documents. However, there are some difficulties related to land procedures, infrastructure, equipment, specialized management personnel and a rapidly increasing workload when many large projects are simultaneously implemented.
