The Provincial Literature and Arts Association currently has 245 members (HV) operating in 9 specialized branches in Literature, Photography, Fine Arts, Music, Theater-Cinema, Dance, Architecture, Folk Arts, Literature and Arts of Ethnic Minorities. In 2024, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association will promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in association with improving the quality of literary and artistic works to serve local political tasks. Organize for members to go on field trips to compose; attend the Creative Camp in Nha Trang to create many literary, photography, theater and fine arts works. Many members have won regional and national awards for music, fine arts, photography, theater and dance. Maintain the Ninh Thuan Literature and Arts Magazine well every 2 months, ensuring that the ideological and artistic content reflects a variety of economic-social, defense-security fields...

In 2025, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association will continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions, policies and guidelines on culture and arts; closely follow the Provincial Party Committee's programs and plans to implement the Party's Directives and Resolutions; Implement Resolution 23-NQ/TW on continuing to build and develop literature and arts in the new situation. Continue to implement Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style for all cadres and students.
