At the Conference, Director of the Department of Construction Hoang Van Dong gave detailed instructions to each project, requesting the Construction Management, Financial Planning, Economic and Construction Materials Departments based on their functions and tasks to advise on specific assignment of responsibilities for each person, each task, each project.
