Training on fire prevention and fighting and rescue skills for driving instructors in Thanh Hoa province

Attending at the Thanh Hoa Department of Construction bridge point were Mr. Lai The Khai - Deputy Director of the Department, along with leaders and experts of the Department of Vehicle and Driver Management. In particular, the program had the participation of nearly 200 managers and driving instructors from 08 driving training facilities in the province.

Comrade Lai The Khai - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Construction delivered the opening speech and introduced the required contents at the online training session.

Speaking at the training course, Comrade Lai The Khai - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Construction emphasized: "Fire prevention and rescue work is not only a mandatory task in state management but also a direct responsibility of each teacher in the process of driver training. Mastering and practicing fire prevention and rescue skills will help improve the quality of teaching, ensuring safety for students and the community."

The conference listened to the Vietnam Road Administration deploy a number of contents related to the responsibilities of the Department of Construction and driving training facilities in teaching fire prevention and rescue skills. Lecturers from the Fire Prevention and Fighting University conveyed the following contents: Fire and explosion situation, car and motorbike accidents in the past; Legal knowledge on fire prevention and rescue; Basic knowledge on fire prevention and rescue; Causes of fire, explosion, car and motorbike accidents; Fire prevention and rescue measures for cars and motorbikes; Measures to handle fire, explosion, car and motorbike accidents; Instructions on using vehicles and tools to contain fire, rescue and rescue.

Managers and driving instructors of 08 driving training facilities in the province attended the training.

Through the training course, the teaching staff is updated with new knowledge, trained in emergency handling skills, thereby contributing to building a safe and professional driving training environment, meeting the requirements of innovation and improving the quality of human resources in the field of transportation.
