Women's Leadership Symposium in the VUCA Era

On the afternoon of October 18, the Provincial Committee for the Advancement of Women coordinated with the Executive Board of the Provincial "Female Cadres" Club to organize a symposium on "Female Leadership in the VUCA Era".

Attending the conference were members of the Provincial "Female Cadres" Club; female heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors and provincial-level organizations.

At the conference, delegates listened to expert Bui Trong Giao, Chairman of CML training Group, deliver a presentation on the topic "Female leadership in the VUCA era" with main contents related to the concept, origin, cause and 4 attributes of VUCA; risks, responses and new skills for female leaders in the VUCA era.

Through the seminar, female cadres have improved their knowledge and skills in digital technology , thereby building the image of an intelligent, confident, professional, and courageous female leader, contributing to meeting the requirements of tasks in the 4.0 era.
