The 3rd Conference of the Executive Committee of the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee

HNP - On October 10, the Executive Committee of the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, held the 3rd Conference, agreeing to identify key solutions for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The 3rd meeting of the Ward Party Executive Committee took place after 3 months of operating under the 2-level local government model. Despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the entire political system of Tay Ho Ward has made efforts, united, and proactively stabilized the organizational structure and working style after the merger. Key political tasks were implemented synchronously, from Party building, political system building to socio-economic development.

Notably, Tay Ho ward has made a strong impression recognized by the Central and the City. The ward was honored to welcome the working delegation of Party and State leaders led by General Secretary To Lam to visit and inspect the 2-level local government model. Previously, the ward also successfully organized the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and was honored to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to attend and give a speech.

In terms of socio -economics, Tay Ho achieved impressive results with the budget revenue in the third quarter reaching 1,330% of the assigned plan. The education sector continued to affirm its position by successfully completing the task of reviewing for the 10th grade entrance exam, ranking 2nd in the city in terms of average score. These achievements are clear evidence of the consensus and determination of the ward's cadres, party members and people in the transition period.

The conference focused on discussing and basically approved the draft of 3 Programs and 2 Work Plans for the entire term of the Ward Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030, creating a strategic foundation to build Tay Ho ward into a cultural, service, and tourism center, developing in a green, smart, and modern direction.

At the conference, delegates also frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome immediately, especially the difficulties in site clearance for project implementation and the thorough handling of sidewalk encroachment and environmental sanitation that have not met requirements. From that objective assessment, the Ward Party Executive Committee has resolved on key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025 with a spirit of decisive action.

Delegates reported and contributed opinions at the conference.

Firstly, closely direct the Ward People's Committee to vigorously implement the 90-day campaign to build and complete land data, a key task in the management of natural resources and urban areas. Secondly, focus on strengthening urban management, construction order, resolutely handling violations, and at the same time speed up the implementation of key projects in the area such as Dang Thai Mai Street, Ngoc Trai Theater, Tu Lien Bridge, C6 Underground Station Project to strive to increase the disbursement rate of investment capital, ensuring the completion of targets by 2025.

Third, carefully prepare personnel work and effectively implement the plan for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in accordance with regulations.

In his closing speech at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuyen - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council affirmed the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and high determination of the Executive Committee. He emphasized: "With the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and high determination, I believe that the Executive Committee of the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee will successfully fulfill its assigned responsibilities, put the Resolution and work programs into practice soon, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of economic and social development, maintaining security and national defense throughout the term and in 2025".

The Ward Party Executive Committee called on the entire political system and people to promote the tradition of solidarity, determination to overcome difficulties and challenges, effectively implement the Resolution of the Third Conference, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks in 2025.

* On the same day, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tay Ho ward organized a conference to launch donations to support people in provinces and cities suffering from storms and floods, demonstrating the spirit of "helping each other", joining hands for the community.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Pham The Vinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ho ward, called on all cadres, party members, civil servants, union members, association members, agencies, units, businesses and people in the area to turn to the Central region and share the difficulties with people in disaster-hit areas.

"Every contribution, no matter how small, is a great source of spiritual encouragement, demonstrating the noble gesture of the people of the capital, contributing to helping people soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters" - Comrade Pham The Vinh emphasized.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, representatives of residential groups, organizations, businesses and people directly supported on the spot.

Initial results show that the amount of donations collected is nearly 125 million VND. The entire fund will be compiled by the ward Fatherland Front and transferred to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to promptly support localities severely affected by floods.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tay Ho Ward Pham The Vinh said that in the coming time, the ward will continue to promote humanitarian activities, responding to the peak month "For the poor" in 2025, arousing the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community.

This is also a specific action to spread the humane message "No one is left behind", contributing to building Tay Ho ward to be more civilized, affectionate and humane.
