55 members are managers, reporters, editors from branches, provincial press agencies, cultural, sports and communication centers of districts and cities in the area participating in the training course.

At the training course, trainees were able to exchange, share, and approach new methods of creating journalistic works in modern journalism forms; convey principles of creating high-quality journalistic works, and share some issues when working at press agencies in the province.
Lecturers and students analyzed a number of journalistic works that won national, ministerial, sectoral and local press awards. Through this activity, students had an overview of the criteria needed for a high-quality journalistic work; shared experiences in choosing topics, approaches, methods of collecting and processing information... to serve a quality journalistic work, creating a good effect for readers.
