During the past term, the Khoai Chau Commune Farmers' Association has done a good job in political and ideological education for cadres and members. The Association has admitted 420 new members; over 2,230 member families have achieved the title of excellent production and business at all levels; mobilized members to contribute over 2 billion VND, over 1,000 working days and over ^1,000m2 of land to build roads according to the new rural model criteria. Currently, the Association is providing credit with credit institutions to support over 1,060 members with loans totaling over 93 billion VND to develop production and business. The Association has coordinated with units and enterprises to supply over 300 tons of fertilizers with deferred payment to farmer members. The Association has given 228 gifts to members in difficult circumstances and sponsored 5 children of members in especially difficult circumstances.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Association of Khoai Chau commune continues to innovate the content and methods of operation, build a strong association organization; strive for the Commune Farmers' Association and 95% of its branches to complete their tasks well and excellently every year; over 70% of farmer members are equipped with digital knowledge and skills; establish 2 new cooperative groups, 1 agricultural cooperative, 1 professional branch, 5 professional associations; increase the Farmers' Support Fund by an average of 5 - 10%/year or more; 100% of branches have models on environmental protection and climate change adaptation; annually organize 5 or more farmer support activities, helping 2 - 3 farmer households escape poverty.

Tan Thuan Commune Farmers' Association currently has 5,526 members operating in 24 branches. During the past term, the Commune Farmers' Association has always been proactive, creative, innovative in its content and methods of operation, focusing strongly on the grassroots. The emulation movements launched by the Association have spread widely, bringing practical results, contributing positively to socio -economic development, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, new rural construction and environmental protection. Members and farmers have actively contributed many working days, over 6,000 ^m2 land and nearly 2 billion VND to build rural infrastructure. The association at all levels has secured loans from banks for 687 member families with a total amount of over 91 billion VND. In addition, the association always focuses on vocational training, job counseling, training and transfer of science and technology, and supplying seeds and fertilizers to members and farmers. On average, each year, about 2,320 farmer member families achieve the title of good production and business households.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Association of Tan Thuan commune continues to innovate and improve the effectiveness of emulation movements associated with supporting farmers to start businesses, develop models of linkage and cooperation along value chains, collective economic models, cooperative groups, and cooperatives operating effectively in agriculture and rural areas. Improve knowledge, qualifications, production and business skills, innovation capacity, sense of social responsibility, respect for the law and civilized lifestyle of farmers; arouse the will, self-reliance, self-improvement, aspiration to rise up, promote the role of the subject and center of farmers to actively participate in agricultural development, rural economy, and new rural construction.

At the Congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of communes for the 2025 - 2030 term; and to appoint delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels.
