Over the past 95 years, the Office of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee - now the Hue City Party Committee - has accompanied the journey of the Provincial Party Committee, through many historical changes, to maintain the "circulation of information and belief" - two sources that nurture the vitality of Party work.

I have been attached to the Provincial Party Committee Office for quite a long time, including 10 years as a Provincial Party Committee member - Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office (2001 - 2010). Each memory is a profound lesson, each working day is a challenge of responsibility and love for the job. I still remember, after the historic flood in 1999, when the streets were flooded, the communication system was shut down, the key lines were also not working, the Office staff still stuck to it, wading through the water, delivering each telegram, each urgent directive of the Provincial Party Committee to the localities. The muddy sandals, the wet pages of ink - thinking back now, I see that those are the most beautiful symbols of loyalty and dedication.

The work of the Party Committee Office seems to be just "behind the scenes", but it is the place that connects the Party's ideas with the people's hearts, distilling lines of words that carry the Party's wisdom and courage. People working in the Office must understand the leadership's ideas, grasp life closely, so that each report, each draft, each line of words is correct, accurate, complete and soulful. Especially for research and synthesis specialists, it is an "art of intelligence and heart": Listening correctly, writing accurately, presenting convincingly while still being simple, clear, full of humanity, pleasing to the people.

Nowadays, when digital transformation and administrative reform in the Party become urgent requirements, the Hue City Party Committee Office continues to promote the tradition of "Proactive - creative - disciplined - responsible - effective", building a modern, professional, friendly and loyal team, true to the Hue people's style: meticulous but profound, standard but full of spirit.

Looking back at 95 years, each document stored in the archive, each line of work diary, each face that has passed through… are all precious notes in the symphony of a steadfast and dedicated collective. For me, doing office work is to maintain the lifeblood of the Party’s belief, to maintain the foundation of trust, to contribute to the dissemination of all decisions at the right time, in the right place, and in the hearts of the people.

I would like to express my gratitude to all those who have worked under the roof of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee Office - Hue City Party Committee.

Regardless of position, each person always carries in their heart a common pride: Being the one to keep the information flow and preserve the trust of the homeland party.
