Women's Association of the Rescue Department: 100% of member families meet the criteria of "5 yes, 3 clean"

On October 13, the Women's Association of the Department of Rescue and Relief (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army) held the Women's Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the congress was Major General Pham Hai Chau, Deputy Director of the Department of Rescue and Relief.

During the period of 2021 - 2025, the association work and women's movement of the Rescue Department have achieved many outstanding results, making important contributions to the completion of the unit's political tasks.

The movement "Women of the Rescue Department have intelligence, courage, complete their tasks well, build happy families, and are worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era" has become the training criteria of the members. 100% of the cadres and members have strong political will, good moral qualities, and strictly comply with the law and military discipline; over 98% of the members have good health; 100% of the members' families meet the criteria of "5 yes, 3 clean" (have a safe house, have a sustainable livelihood, have health, have knowledge, have a cultured lifestyle; 3 clean: Clean house, clean kitchen, clean alley) and the title "Cultured family".

Vote to elect the Executive Committee of the Women's Association of the Rescue Department for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Women's Union of the Department has implemented many practical and effective models such as: "Raising piggy banks to save", "Towards poor women and children", "Women fostering good values ​​of Vietnamese families", "Women of the Department of Rescue - Four Goods"...; actively responding to the movements "The Army joins hands for the poor", "Women of the Army accompany women in the border areas". All members are proactive, creative, apply technology and digital transformation in their work, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Department, a strong and comprehensive unit "exemplary, typical".

Promoting the achieved results, the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term determined: Continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation, fostering political mettle, digital skills and practical capacity for members; building a strong organization. The Congress set the goal of building the image of women in the Rescue Department "Mettle - Intelligence - Discipline - Humanity", worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.
